ROSEMARY & WINE

- Swirl a spring of rosemary around a          large glass

- Place 4 large ice cubes around the           sprig

- Pour in 100 ml white wine with a light,     fruity flavour

- Pour in 120 ml Swiss Mountain Spring     Rosemary Tonic

CLASSIC TONIC & PORTWINE

- Pour 30 ml dry, white port wine into a       glass

- Add 120 ml Swiss Mountain Spring             Classic Tonic

- Garnish with lime zest and lemon balm     or mint

GRAPEBALL

- 5 cl Plymouth Navy Strength

- 6 cl Grapefruit juice

- 2 cl fresh lemon juice

- 2 dash orange bitter

- 1 cl sugar syrup

Shake it

- 6 cl Swiss Mountain Spring Classic             Tonic on TopGlas: Highball

FRESH APPLE

- 5 cl white rum

- 2 cl fresh lime juice

- 2 cl sugar syrup

- 6 cl fresh apple juice

- 2 cl pasteurized protein

- Shake it

CUCUMBER FIZZ

- 5 cl Hendricks Gin

- 1 cl fresh lemon juice

- 1 cl lemon concentrate

- kleines Stück der Schale einer Zitrone

- 3 cl pasteurized protein

- Shake it

- 8 cl Swiss Mountain Spring Classic             Tonic on TopGlas: Highball

Decoration: cucumber strips & dill

- 4 cl Campari

- 4 cl grapefruit juice

- stir

- 6 cl Swiss Mountain Spring Classic             Tonic on TopGlas: Tumbler

Decoration: sage & lemon zest

HERBAL COLLINS

- 5 cl Gin Mare

- 1 cl fresh lemon juice

- 2 cl lemon concentrate

- 2 cl sugar syrup

- Shake it
